What we collect
When you use our quote form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), postcode, service interest and project details, plus the page you submitted from.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange surveys and carry out work you request. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Form processing
Our forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers your submission to us by email. Formspree may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. See Formspree’s privacy policy for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, and customer records for as long as needed for guarantees, accounting and legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us operate (such as email and form providers) or where required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
